Farmers Collective at EBTL

With the intention of reinforcing land stewardship among the local community and encouraging sustainable farming practices, we actively work on strengthening the local livelihoods through employment in our project.

We work with a collective of women who have access to our farmed lands to create value added products. We focus on training them and growing this collective to reach more small farmers in the region.

A major challenge we face with respect to land stewardship is the younger generation moving away to urban spaces for employment. The vision of this project is to create environmental friendly job opportunities.
